As Mayor of the City of San Jose, it is my honor to wish everyone the very best at the Annual Cambodian New Year Festival.
This event brings together the entire Cambodian community for a day of entertainment and cultural festivities that is enjoyable for everyone. It is great to see the strong commitment to family and traditions that exists in Cambodian households throughout the Bay Area.
My sincere appreciation goes out to the Cambodian New Year Committee 2008 for their hard work in organizing this event. I would also like to recognize the many community organizations who have lead the volunteer effort and supported such a great celebration. I wish everyone a healthy and productive new year.
